I was looking at this portrait over the weekend while strolling through my favorites. It still moves me.
I like your style .. very much; it is distinctive and passionate. This particular portrayal is Classic in that you 'nailed' his personality down while setting the portrait within your own visual realm. Play that down, if you must, but such craft is rare and pleasureable to view when you find it.
